Dear Neighbor,

 I am running for Clark County Commissioner because I believe in Clark County. I believe we can build on our successes and create new opportunities here in Southwest Washington.

It’s time to coordinate countywide on addressing major issues. We need to take the politics out of decision making and focus on results. Too many times, we pit one side against the other instead of finding common agreement.

Clark County families deserve good job opportunities. I will work to support local business and encourage new investment in our economy. 

County government must be business and citizen friendly. It’s important to remember that as public servants, we work for you.

Realizing a bright future for Clark County requires a down to earth common sense approach. I know from my work with citizens, and in the affordable housing industry, that safe neighborhoods, green space and clean air and water are the building blocks for a healthy community.

The next few years in Clark County will look different. We’ll need to work together to create innovative and sustainable approaches to provide housing, transportation and good jobs that support families.  The Board of Clark County Commissioners plays a major role in making decisions impacting all of us and our family finances. As your commissioner, I will commit to keeping your best interests and bottom line in mind.

As a nearly thirty year resident of Clark County, I’ve seen our community change tremendously. We have an opportunity right now to work together for Clark County, the greatest county in the State of Washington!
